Another international cat who spent a few months here, was wonderful typey Romero. I had the great pleasure to have Swiss breeder, Boris Ehret, visit me last summer. And when he came, he brought with him a big, typey, beautiful cat by the name of Romero. I loved that cat. When I first saw him, I exclaimed "Oh, he's beautiful! He's my kind of cat!" And Boris gave me the ultimate compliment with a big smile on his face, "Yes, I think he rather looks like a Cheetahsden cat, don't you?" What a lovely thing to say! Romero was only here for a short time - he had pet people who loved him and wanted him to return to Switzerland as soon as the summer was over, so we knew our time was short. And it's one of those sad things that Romero didn't leave us any babies here at the Cheetahsden. But it doesn't negate the incredibly sweet offer made by Boris, nor my appreciation for the love that went with it. Thanks, Boris, for being a friend and offering me something so special!
